Kevin Max fans that appreciated albums like Cotes D’ Armor, Playing Games With The Shadow and AWOL will be delighted to hear this new venture with synth wizard Service Unicorn. Romeo Drive is a compilation of synthesizer songs written by Kevin Max in early 2012 to 2018. The rare discoverable EP that was released to Pledge Campaigners back in 2015, ‘Same Wavelength’ started the process with Max and Chrys Anthemum combining talents to create modern analogue synth soundscapes. Featured on soundcloud for a small period of time, ‘Same Wavelength’ was a 3 song EP including covers of Joy Division, Gary Numan and a poem titled ’The Unicorn’….. ROMEO DRIVE takes this EP of songs and expands on them creating a fusion of original analogue synth songs and poetry.
ROMEO DRIVE is the conceptual tale of a rogue Cybernetic, who against all odds, sets out on a journey to understand the origins of the human soul. Set during the time period of future earth 2079….Romeo Drive must find allies in assisting it to find WWW ( Wicked Witch Of West ), a global mechanism which can unlock the answers to the future & the mysteries of God.
